The BIOXPARC project has the ambition to offer a new model of technological Park, a new vision, more open to accept positively the scientific and technological advances in the life sciences in general.
The BIOXPARC is the ideal partner of all actors to the world of biotechnology’s research: an exclusive hub between private companies, public institutions, private foundations and institutional investors.
The BIOXPARC vision is to create the largest network of relationships in the biotech stakeholders.
The most important concept on which stands the entire network of BIOXPARC is that of Social Network. In contrast to a normal network where the joints are not necessarily all interconnected with each other and in which it often happens that good research ideas fail to be realized for clogs due to particular subjects present in the fundamental junctions of the network, the BIOXPARC network is primarily social and makes possible the genuine sharing of all ideas, the resources, the means, the structures, of the members who are part of it, without any interference and in full spirit of cooperation for the advancement of the best ideas proposed by scientific researchers.
Intellectual assets is the fuel innovation and promote economic competitiveness. The importance of these assets for encouraging growth in R&D Biotech’s sector is the mission of BIOXPARC project. Little is known, however, about the contribution of intangible capital to economic performance.
The aim of the BIOXPARC project is to improve the comprehension of intangible capital by providing new data on it and identifying the impact of intangible capital on economic growth. In past decades, the key drivers of economic growth were investment in manufacturing, improvements in educational attainment and investment in R&D. But these factors alone do not explain growth performance today.
The CESCOITALIA company, as development manager of the project BIOXPARC, has signed an agreement with CGFund llc to finance the first batch of 33 hectares of BIOXPARC MARRAKECH, in the amount of about 290 million dollars.
Bioxparc aims to speed up the economic development by educating students, supporting innovation and encouraging the transfer of technology to the private sector. The Bioxparc framework analyzes how the activities "research & development" support the growth of the life sciences industry.
