The Human Resources Department develops, coordinates and implements HR policies and provides advice and guidelines to the Centre’s management on matters of HR management. HR provides administrative support and guidance to staff members in the following areas:
- Skills: HR is responsible for the management of selection procedures, spontaneous applications, training policy, skills management and staff appraisal and promotion procedures.
- Individual rights and HR budget: HR is in charge of budgetary and financial matters relating to staff expenditure, management of salaries, administration of absences and the follow up of the mission expenses, assignment and amendment of individual rights, arrangement of annual medical visits and administration of privileges and immunities.
- Administration: HR is responsible for the management of staff contracts and files, recruitment procedures, pension matters, trainee selection procedures and recruitment and follow-up of the establishment plan.
